Sync local contacts to the app

If you wish to access your phone's local contacts directly in the app, you need to allow synchronization between the app and your contact book.

• 1. In the mobile app, click on Personal Settings
  2. Select Contacts → Contact Settings
  3. Click on local device
  4. Toggle on “Contacts from device”
  5. Toggle on “Contacts to device” (If you also want to sync the app's contacts to your phone's contact book)

  If the app has NOT been granted access to your contact book, please follow the steps below.

  1. On your iPhone, click on Settings
  2. Find the app, easiest by searching at the top
  3. Toggle on Contacts

  5. Toggle on “Contacts to device” (If you also want to sync the app's contacts to your phone's contact book)

  If the app has NOT been granted access to your contact book, please follow the steps below.

  1. On your Android, click on Settings
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Click on App Management
  4. Search for the app
  5. Click on Permissions
  6. Click on Contacts
  7. Select Allow
