Who can purchase call recording?

  • Users with the permission Account can purchase licenses for call recording

Purchase licenses for call recording

Before setting up a new user you need to purchase the licenses. 

You need to have the permission Account to be able to purchase any add-ons.

  • Follow these steps to purchase licenses for call recording to users / answer groups

    1. Click SETTINGS_GEAR.svg
    2. Click on your organisation name
    3. Under account, click Add-ons
    4. To purchase a license for user click it, for answer groups click there instead
    5. Use + to add the amount of licenses you wish to purchase
    6. Click buy

    This will be added to the contract and billed monthly for the duration of the contract period. You can terminate licenses whenever you choose to.

  • Follow these steps to purchase licenses for call recording to users / answer groups

    1. Tap SETTINGS_GEAR.svg
    2. Tap your organisation name
    3. Under account, tap Add-ons

Set up call recording on a user / answer group

Make sure to have licenses available before setting up a new user / answer group.

You need to have the permission Phone system to be able to set up recording for a new user

  • Follow these steps to set up call recording on a user

    1. Click SETTINGS_GEAR.svg
    2. Click on your organisation name
    3. Click on PHONE_1.svg Phone system
    4. Click on Call recording
    5. Click on ADD_SQUARE.svg Add call recording
    6. Select which user / answer group to record
    7. Configure the settings as you wish
    8. Click save
