Share a call log and call recording

You can share a call log in a chat or channel. All you need to do is:

    1. Click VERTICAL ELIPSIS.svgon the call you want to share
    2. Click SHARE.svg
    3. Choose whether you want to share via chat or SMS
    4. Add a comment if needed
    5. Type the name on the colleague, team or channel to which you want to share it
    6. Toggle ON.svg include call recording if you want to share it (optional)
    7. Toggle ON.svg include Voicemail transcription (optional)
    8. Toggle ON.svg if you want to schedule the send time (optional)
    9. Select send time (optional)
    10. Click share
    1. Tap VERTICAL ELIPSIS.svg on the call you want to share
    2. Tap SHARE.svg
    3. Choose whether you want to share via chat or SMS
    4. Add a comment if needed
    5. Type the name on the colleague, team or channel to which you want to share it
    6. Toggle ON.svg include call recording if you want to share it (optional)
    7. Toggle ON.svg include Voicemail transcription (optional)
    8. Toggle ON.svg if you want to schedule the send time (optional)
    9. Select send time (optional)
    10. Tap share

Remember that a user can reshare you call. So just include recordings when necessary

To share via SMS, you must have permission to send System SMS.
